When i first heard the rumor of david Hasselhoff and the Knight Industries Three Thousand (i know but for this ocasion..) will be re-joined for the Gumball rally i was thrilled.Why? because like you i was a big fan of the series, it just made a big impact on me and to see them both on the Gumball…. priceless! So the other Gumballers have carried on to North Korea and Beijing and I had to stay in LA… I am sorry to miss the rest of the rally but my family comes first. We had an amazing time though and we have some AWESOME footage for you… So good in fact that we are going to slowly release it over the course of the week! With last nights party at the one of the most well known Hollywood hotels and clubs, Gumballers were up bright and early to start their 2nd leg from Los Angeles to San Diego. At 9am we had the engines fired up and received our first route card which pointed us to PCH to head towards the Hilton in Huntington Beach. Our group of cars consisted of the 2 Vivid Racing Porsche’s and a Audi RS4 Wagon powered by Pro Snowboarder Todd Richards. After a quick battle through the twisty roads of Beverly Hills, we jumped on the 405 to short cut the PCH route and get to the hotel on time. Once we arrived, we were greeted with a brunch which included a live band and a lingerie fashion show. After some time, we received our next route card which had us heading towards Vista, California to the facility of one of the best wheel makers in the business, HRE Wheels.
At 8.30 Am the gumballers will be leaving the Ivy hotel in San Diego and head of to the final US Checkpoint the Hardrock Hotel in Las Vegas where the cars will be parked at the upperdeck of the parcing garage at this point it’s not sure if the cars will go on display.
During this years Rally Gumball has 2 reporters giving updates and interviews from checkpoints, the reporters are Alfonso Ribeiro better known as Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bellair and Natalia Cigliuti known from the tv series saved by the bell the next class. Stay Tuned as the Rally unfolds!
The drivers had a relaxing stop at the Huntington Beach where it was time to have some food get some drinks and share experineces and head on the road. A few pics taken from pumagumball.com .

The Drivers have reached the San Diego Checkpoint and are either asleep or still partying like no tomorrow and honestly who can blame em! This video shows you as they leave the LA checkpoint.
With the last Gumball event in the past already (there has been a trackday) we are now focusing on the Tenth Anniversary edition coming up in 2 months. This edition will have most of the past celebrities on board aswell as some already featured cars from the past! With past Gumballers already confirmed on board there is no doubt that the 2008 Rally will be a success again. more to follow shortly so stay tuned!
The Gumballers and crew have safely returned from their trip to Antartica. Alot happened on the trip so stay tuned for a full report on the trip! We can however show you the first pics from the cold!
Word just got in that this saturday (Feb. 2nd) Gumballers are headed off to Antartica! It’s a landscape unlike anywhere else on the planet, so rarely visited, yet beautiful and mysterious. Gumball 3000 is the only company in the World to offer this, it will be one of the first ever tourist trip to the center of the Antarctic and only 12 Gumballers have the chance to take part. It is a two week adventure which will encompass everything from kite skiing to ice climbing on mountains never touched by man. An expert staff who have skied over 16,000kms in the Polar Regions will look after their every step taken throughout the 10 days. This will be an all inclusive trip encompassing everything from the moment they touch down in Cape Town, South Africa to their return to CapeTown.
A private jet will touch down on the blue ice runway and the Gumballers will be staying on one of the most remote camps on earth. Once they are at our luxury camp in Antarctica, we have an award winning chef who will prepare their meals everyday. They can do as little or as much as they would like, but with the whole Antarctic as their playground, the chance to go exploring, skidooing, skiing, climbing, abseiling, and kite skiing to name just a few and this should keep them busy.
